Yes, I admit it... I watch the new Beverly Hills 90210 religiously. It is overly dramatic, full of high school romance and sex, and so sinfully awesome to watch. And it just got even more fabulous. After an hour of action packed love making in broom closets and classrooms, dashing across train tracks and a diagnosis of mental illness....you guessed it...the family went home and ate gluten-free french toast for breakfast!!
So the scene went like this....mom and dad were trying to decide if the family should stay in Beverly Hills where kids get into bad things like drugs, drag racing and staying out way past curfew or move back to plain old Kansas. After about two seconds the mom decides they have to stay in California because of the great culture including theater, museums, and GLUTEN-FREE BREAD! However, I must note that she said she had no idea what gluten-free meant, but she still liked having the option of not eating gluten! haha! (And, I must mention that mom is played by Full Houses' Aunt Becky).

So cheers to the writers and producers of the show for getting the gluten-free reference on the show! Now, how about explaining what gluten-free means and how it helps millions of us be healthy!
I'm not sure if that's hilarious or wonderful (probably both) ...but it reaaaallly makes me want some GF french toast! :)
